Terms of Service

Back to Murudo

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Murudo on web and mobile. By using Murudo, you agree to these Terms and the Murudo Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding agreement to use Murudo.

Accounts and Sign-In

You may create an account with email and password, a username and password, or Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable Use and Moderation

You agree not to harass, impersonate, exploit, scam, threaten, or post illegal, sexually explicit, or harmful content. Murudo may review content, investigate reports, block abusive accounts, and suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, fraud, or security risks.

Murudo Premium and Purchases

Murudo offers optional Premium passes and one-time boost purchases. On Murudo Web and in the Murudo app downloaded from murudo.co, passes are prepaid through Paynow or supported local payment methods: each pass lasts for its stated access period and does not renew automatically. In the Murudo app from Google Play, Murudo Plus and Gold are sold through Google Play: 7-day and 30-day passes are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play, and 24-hour passes and boosts are one-time purchases. Prices, pass benefits, and availability may change with notice. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or payment misuse can result in restriction or suspension.

Murudo for iPhone. In the Murudo app for iPhone, Murudo Plus and Gold are sold through the App Store as weekly and monthly subscriptions, charged to your Apple Account, that renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Boosts are one-time purchases. Tickets for in-person Murudo events are paid through Paynow. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Forever plans. Gold Forever and Plus Forever are one-time payments, sold in limited numbers on Murudo Web and the Murudo Android app downloaded from murudo.co. A Forever plan gives that tier's features for as long as your Murudo account exists. Boosts are not included and are sold separately, and daily limits (such as Priority Reach-outs) still apply. A Forever plan is tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Deleting your account ends it, with no refund; if you come back with the same email or phone number within 90 days of deleting, contact support and we will restore it. If your account is banned for breaking our rules, your Forever plan ends, with no refund.

Wallet credits are non-refundable except where a duplicate, erroneous, or undelivered transaction occurred. Any unused balance is forfeited when a user voluntarily deletes their account after explicit confirmation.

Safety

Murudo provides reporting, blocking, verification, and safety resources, but you remain responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app at any time. When deletion is completed, core account and profile data are removed. Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, or safety investigations.

Limitation of Liability

Murudo is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForetellHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Murudo or interactions with other users.
