Child Safety Standards

Murudo Meets and Murudo are operated by Foretell Technologies (Private) Limited. Both services are restricted to adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualize or exploit a person under 18.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any image, video, audio, message, profile, link, or other content that depicts, promotes, requests, normalizes, or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
• Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of a minor, or attempts to move such activity to another service.
• Impersonating a minor, misrepresenting age to reach minors, or using the service to identify or contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, threatening to share, storing, or trading known or suspected CSAM.

Age and Access Controls

Account setup requires a valid date of birth for a person aged 18 or older. Google Play minor-access restrictions are enabled for the Android listing. Accounts or content that indicate an underage user are restricted and reviewed under our safety processes.

In-App Reporting and Blocking

Members can report a profile or conversation from the in-app safety controls and can block another member. Reports may include relevant details such as the approximate time and messages involved. Members may also report a child-safety concern directly to our Trust & Safety contact below.

Response, Preservation, and Reporting

We review child-safety reports promptly, restrict access to prohibited content or accounts, preserve information necessary for a safety investigation, and take action that may include content removal and permanent account suspension. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Legal Compliance

Foretell Technologies maintains processes intended to comply with applicable child-safety, record-preservation, and mandatory-reporting obligations in the regions where Murudo Meets is available. These standards supplement the Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
